 Paper Arts now have a space available for a start-up business within our wonderful new art centre in the centre of Bristol, Broadmead. 

It sees a lot of footfall throughout the day, making it ideal for those seeking the opportunity to try out an idea or pop-up shop! 

This space would be perfect for another social enterprise, such as an advice centre, tourist bureau, ticket shop or anything else you think would be suitable. However, we are open to ideas or suggestions from you about how you feel your business could fit in with our creative and vibrant environment. 

We have a gallery and print shop on the ground floor, as well as an arts studios upstairs and are working on opening a training space that will offer talks and workshops based in the creative industries. 

The advertised space is approximately 2.75m by 3m and includes a counter, access to internet and power, as well as free business consultancy and support to help grow your idea and the ability to use our meeting and training spaces! 

Rent is £500 + £100 for utilities as an introductory offer to help a new business startup.
