Arts2Life UK is seeking to recruit a Events Co-ordinator to manage all of its live events.
This demanding role requires someone who is creative and organised and works to a very high standard.

Arts2Life UK is an agency which works with Bristol based artists to allow their creativity to flourish. By acting as an agent for all of Bristols arts, we can support them by finding venues, creating events and offering publicity/promotion of their work.


Those who are considering applying for the role should take note of the following:

Events Co-Ordinator:
-Plan and co-ordinate events to the highest standards
-Work with the Arts2Life management team to develop events and public relations.
-Co-ordinate an events team
-Contact outside contractors as and when appropriate
-Work with the finance department to ensure events are budgeted correctly and on budget.
-Work to promote Arts2Life UK in all aspects of the role.
-Contact venues and make bookings for events
