Knowle West Media Centre are looking to recruit an Arts Programme Producer to support the delivery of their exciting and critically-engaged artistic programme.
Working closely with the Head of the Arts Programme, the Arts Producer will be central to coordinating the practical day-to-day delivery of our exhibitions, events and gallery-based or offsite activities.
The Producer should have enthusiasm for and an excellent knowledge of contemporary art practices, in all its forms. He/she needs to be an advocate for KWMC’s work and share our commitment to developing an innovative programme based on the principles of excellence, inclusion, diversity and community engagement.
Essential is a proven track record for coordinating exhibitions and events, working with artists of international standing as well as emergent talent. The postholder will be creative, practical and confident, able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with artists, KWMC staff and volunteers, residents, partner organisations and stakeholders.
